We would like to publicly announce our embarrassment at the cash out delays currently being experienced on the Everleaf Gaming Network (ELG).
At this stage we advise not to deposit further funds into any player accounts and cashout any balances you may have.
Please note that Everleaf retains the cashier operations and player balances for UWinPoker and are licensed by the LGA as are most other ELG member skins, and that cash outs are now taking as long as six months to be received, if in fact they are being processed at all.
The six-month cash out lag, is in effect no matter what cash out method is selected by affected players.
UWinPoker recommend that their players with positive bankrolls file complaints with Malta’s Lotteries and Gaming Authority (LGA), the regulatory body which claims oversight for Everleaf, despite the LGA’s long history of failing to act regarding both Everleaf and other LGA-licensed sites.
UWinPoker recommends players take the following three steps to lodge complaints:
1. Complete the form at playresponsibly.org.mt
2. Send an email to email@example.com
3. Complete the complaint form at lga.org.mt
UWinPoker has no control over player funds, Everleaf controls all funds as they control the support email firstname.lastname@example.org, so emails sent to that address may not be answered.
UWinPoker has removed the cashier system however it was soon put back up after Everleaf claim to be unable to cash players out without the cashier.
